This page explains how to ask Launchers Web LLC to delete information we received through our Instagram account.
What this covers
When you message the Launchers Instagram account, comment on our posts, mention us, or otherwise interact with our account, Meta may share that interaction with us through our Instagram integration. We may receive and store those messages and comments along with associated information, such as the Instagram account identifiers Meta attaches to them and when the interaction happened.
How to request deletion
You can ask us to delete that information at any time. Reach us through the Launchers contact section — the quickest way is to call or text (225) 501-2424. Tell us you are requesting deletion of your Instagram data and give us enough to find it: your Instagram username, and roughly when you messaged or commented.
What happens next
A person on our team handles each request — there is no automated deletion. We may ask you to confirm the request comes from you, as far as is reasonably necessary to protect your information. Once we have verified a valid request, we delete the information we hold and let you know when it is done. If we ever need to keep part of it, for example to meet a legal obligation, we will tell you what and why.
What we cannot delete
This covers the copies Launchers Web LLC holds. Your messages and comments also remain in Instagram, which Meta controls; to remove them there, use Instagram's own settings or Meta's tools.
